Exchange Policy
Overview
Diana Luxury offers exchanges for size discrepancies within certain guidelines. We do not offer exchanges for other reasons, such as change of mind or color preference.
Here's what you need to know about exchanges
- Eligible Items: Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all tags attached can be exchanged.
- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- Exchange Limits: Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Size Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size of the same product (bigger or smaller).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using traceable mail.
- Unavailable Size: If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 60 days on the Diana Luxury website. This credit note must be used in one go.
How to Exchange
- Contact us at contact@dianaluxury.com within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Include your name, address, phone number, email address, order ID, and desired size in your email.
- Securely pack the unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with all tags attached.

Important Notes
- Review product descriptions and pictures carefully before ordering. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. Exchanges will not be accepted for such variations.
- Items washed or worn are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale section items are not eligible for exchange.
