Shipping Within India: We provide free shipping for all orders across the country.
International Shipping: Our shipping services extend worldwide. For international orders, there is a standard shipping fee of INR 8,500 or $90.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available across the globe.

For customers outside India: In most nations, we ship apparel with a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) arrangement. This means that the listed prices exclude any import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. To clear customs upon arrival, you must settle these fees during delivery.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at contact@dianaluxury.com and ship your item to our physical address at Diana Luxury, Railway Colony, Rourkela, Odisha – 769013.
Gifts
If your item was designated as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the returned item’s value. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a gift certificate and mail it to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the gift giver and they’ll be informed about the return.
Payments

Delivery
At Diana Luxury, we aim to deliver garments within the specified timeframe (2-3 weeks as indicated on product pages). However, delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control, such as courier partner delays due to weather, political disruptions, or strikes. We commit to keeping you informed throughout the process. Please note that failure to deliver within the stated time frame does not invalidate the contract.
If a customer is unable to accept delivery, Diana Luxury may, at its discretion, charge for additional shipping costs.

- International orders usually require 20-25 days for delivery.
